I wish to create infrastructure (HR) for human capital management leading to higher people engagement and bringing benefits/profits to all the stakeholders as a logical consequence of such engagement!

To do so I would like to explore my experience acquired from people management: leadership, management, couching and training! ...in combination with my expertise of financing (project / property / corporate) and arbitration.

After getting out of the golden cage I have been dreaming to restart my work carrier differently!
