Hi, I’m Meshack Kiptoo Kimutai. A Plant pathologist living in Tel Aviv Israel , a fan of reading, writing, and technology. I’m also interested in soccer and innovation. Being a specialist in plant pathology with specialized expertise in the molecular and diagnostic characterization of phytopathogenic fungi. My research focuses on elucidating host-pathogen interactions at the molecular level, with an emphasis on the identification, taxonomy, and pathogenicity mechanisms of fungal pathogens affecting economically important crops. I employ advanced molecular diagnostics, including PCR-based assays and genomic tools, for early detection and precise identification of plant diseases. My work contributes to integrated disease management strategies and supports sustainable agricultural systems through pathogen surveillance and molecular epidemiology.
