Operating under the direction of its founder and owner Ann Wasserman for more than 35 years, Meshugga Kennels breeds Labrador retrievers and pugs for clients throughout the United States. At its headquarters in the Greater New York, Connecticut, New Jersey Tri-State area, this organization furthers its breeding initiatives by providing a range of canine training services for animals of all ages. Meshugga Kennels also maintains productive relationships with the top three animal talent agencies on the East Coast, placing dogs in creative projects that range from print and television advertisements to feature films and greeting cards.

In an effort to give back, Meshugga Kennels makes regular donations to the Canine Health Foundation and the Pug Dog Club of America Health Club. Under Ms. Wasserman’s direction, Meshugga also has spearheaded regular pet visits to a local assisted living facility and donated a Labrador retriever to complete bomb detection training and participate in law enforcement activities throughout Hudson County, New Jersey.
