Stephen Webb, aka Meta Loop, is an American artist, songwriter, producer, and percussionist. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, he is now based in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Stephen fuses his lifelong passions for music and computers to create fresh and energetic EDM. Heavily influenced by ambient, electronic, and progressive music, his tracks feature evolving atmospheres, spicy melodic elements, and energetic drive.
