He grew up in Colombia, where the rich influence of his musical style comes from. In 2011 he moved toEurope and since 2013 he's bringing a distinctive sound to Beijing.

Mateo has DJed at Lantern, Ramo and Xian Bar. His sound is a hybrid form of Latin percussion, groovybasslines, exhilarating riffs and hypnotic vocal samples.

Additionally, Mateo works as a freelance for restaurants and bars selecting appropriate music, making dining or drinking more enjoyable.

His aim is to deliver a sound that allows people to experience themselves more intensely.
