Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, for more than 12 years, Metro Psychology Support Services supports consumers through a comprehensive Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program that presents strategies and support to individuals who are coping with mental illness. Funded through the Minnesota Department of Human Services, Metro Psychology Support Services' (MPSS) ARMHS program is available to adults with mental health diagnoses who are eligible for/actively receiving state medical assistance.

MPSS sends AMRHS workers to the homes of its clients on a regular basis (typically once per week) to address topics that relate to managing mental health symptoms and functional impairments. This includes but is not limited to basic living and social skills, skills to prevent relapses, medication education, financial budgeting, household organization, and personal safety.

MPSS operates throughout the greater St. Paul metropolitan area. In addition to working with individuals at their places of residence, MPSS mental health practitioners will often meet clients at public locations, such as libraries and coffee shops.
