Joahna Hernandez

I am a Mexican entrepreneur living in Washington, D.C. I manage a Mexican restaurant located in Arlington, Va and I am currently working on a retail project of my own.

I moved to D.C. from Mexico City about 7 years ago and ever since, I have been dedicated to promote my culture and tradition in this lovely city. I hold a training certification by the Consejo Regulador del Tequila and I am also one of the first Mezcaliers to be certified by the Mexican government in the U.S. about the process of making traditional mezcal.

I like cortados, croissants and mole poblano. I am always hungry and cooking for one.
