Often times, we subconsciously carry blocks created from limiting beliefs, emotional or physical pain/abuse and trauma/PTSD in our lives. These blocks can unfold into relationship issues, career setbacks, lack of value and/or worthiness, addiction, depression, and more.

It is through my own immense pain and life experiences that I have not only found a purpose but a true passion in helping women heal, transform and manifest into their most EMPOWERED selves.
