Our deepest wounds are often the portals to our highest evolution. As a former licensed mental health clinician with 15+ years of outpatient practice, I walked through the fire of personal trauma, which forced a total dismantling of my old life and initiated profound spiritual growth.
This journey required me to bridge the gap between traditional clinical psychology and the fascinating, yet often uncomfortable, world of spirituality.
Today I provide trainings on Trauma Informed Care, its relationship to Jungian shadow work, and practical breathwork meditations.
In addition, I work full time providing case management services to the unhoused.
