I have 21 years of diversified and Focused experiences across the ME and Africa regions, varying from Maintenance, Planning, Developing, Training, Implementing, Auditing, and Improving Organization Integrated QHSE Management Systems with Apparent Success. I have 7 years in a Managerial/Regional roles dedicated to the Energy sector, completed my high school in Dubai and obtained B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria university ranked 147 from the top 200, I started my journey with HITACHI in 1991 working as a maintenance engineer in one of the world largest steel producers (ANSDK) moved to CATERPILLAR then UAE Ministry of Education Technical Department , Security Trainer for Viisage working in face recognition project with Dubai International Airport, followed by Weatherford Int. then Smith International and finally landed in Schlumberger in the capacity of North Africa Geo Market HSEQ Manager Smith Drilling Group, The ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations is an integral part of my personality, as a management Advisor I have an extensive experience of managing strategic and delivery services within a wide range of a multi-culture industries as well regions. I have in depth knowledge of Coaching different levels of employees on Organizational Excellence, Oil & Gas Services, national/International policies, regulatory arrangements and the drivers for enhancement Organization excellence in Quality and Systems Improvement, certified from IRCA, IEMA, IOSH, NEBOSH & OSHA and member for the following: 1.
