About to be graduated from Business Administration and International Business. I am passionate for cultural diversity as well as discovering and understanding the different mindsets and ways of living around the world. To achieve this I do my best in speaking as much languages as I can. Currently I speak four languages Spanish, English, Italian and French, which have made me a multifaceted worker capable of being efficient in different types of environments.

Since I was a kid, I was exposed to different cultures thanks to the nationalities of my parents. My mother is Venezuelan, my father Mexican and my step-dad is French. This has defined me as a person and allowed me to embrace cultural differences, to identify the best in each of them and make them my own strength. As well as to improve my conflict management skills and communications techniques.

I truly believe that the key ingredients for success are to work constantly and intelligently with a long-term plan and having initiative. Therefore, I try to guide all my actions by following this belief. That is something that I have learned thanks to the fact that I had practiced different sports and disciplines my whole life and participated in several regional and national competitions. This has taught me to be efficient when doing individual and teamwork, to be disciplined and determined.

Delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to the community that surround us is particularly relevant for me and is something that I believe is worth giving yourself up to. I also believe that most of the current problems could end by dialoguing, knowing one another and taking in consideration the motivations that drive our actions. This is why I have as a final goal to work on an international organism serving as an intermediary on intercultural conflicts among nations or companies.

As part of my professional experience, I worked in the development of a national congress, which objective was making Mexican youth proud of its own country and empower them to become a factor of change. With this, I acquire management and financial skills, as well as a big sense of responsibility and the capacity to work under pressure.
