My work is to help people build. We use so many platforms that need to be connected - so I do.

I have experience in first and third-party fulfillment operations roles, as well as in project management and government. I have been responsible for maintaining day-to-day efficiencies, providing quarterly reporting for cross-departmental decision making, and creating or revising business practices to ensure efficiency and results.

I am interested in how automation can improve workflow. I find methods that improve operational models in very different sectors: government, web development, vendor support, and order fulfillment.

I have had the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and voices, both internal and external, in projects ranging from web site development, CRM utilization, internal product development, customer support, and compliance analysis. I have relied on listening to their needs to shape collaborative, workable solutions that solve problems and get answers.
