I am a therapist and holistic wellness enthusiast living in the Rochester, MN area. I believe people choose to improve their lives within the context of their own relationships. I strive to use therapeutic relationships to promote client change on a variety of life domains. I will do this by integrating the latest science, historical contexts, assessment of current living environment(s), and empathic connections with each client.
When not in my professional role, I can be found running obstacle races, experimenting with a new recipe, hiking with my dog, or reading a book on my latest interest. .
