Metatron global fund is a company registered under the laws of Mauritius as a global business company with category 1 business license and is registered offices are in Port Louis Mauritius.

Metatron global fund is an open ended investment company and is empowered to issue and redeem ordinary shares divided into different class or class each corresponding to a portfolio. Metatron fund activities as a company are governed by its constitution as amended from time to time and in line with this of offering memorandum. The directors have the overall responsibility for the investment policy of each portfolio and have do you authority to select service providers. Metatron Global fund has entered into management agreement with the manager who has been given the responsibility to manage the assets of the company including the investment policy of Metatron global fund.

The principal investment Objective off Metatron global fund is to achieve medium to long term capital appreciation by investing in companies holding assets in selected emerging countries in Europe and India. Metatron fund is investing in social housing renewable energy projects bio fuel projects and infrastructure projects.
