Hi There, I am Michael John. you can call me "Mike". I am an Information Technology Consultant in different types of business industry. My major skills applies on Web and application development.

I am currently working as an Web developer in Shakey's Philippines (#1 Pizza Restaurant in the Philippines).

My 7 years in I.T. fields makes me more professional and helped me increased my confident in dealing with clients and/or customers. I always listen to them and understand their needs rather than applies what I think they want.

I help people and business bring their products to the next level and make the Web a wonderful world. I work closely with them to make a beautiful websites or applications and to have a functional and technical user experiences.

I am a Microsoft fan, so most of my projects are made of VB.Net, SQL and C#. I have been working since I graduated from college and I have created lots of public and private websites, applications.

Here are some of my work strategies...

I work in a new methodology – Working on different types of project exposes us to new methodologies and types of requirements specifications. It also challenges us to discover the corebusiness analysis principles that are relevant, regardless of what type ofprojects that can help the company.

I always improve BA process– With exposure to different projects, stakeholders, domains, and methodologies, I learn what works well and what doesn't work so well. I always look for ways to incorporate what I've learned into the organization’s BA process.

I strengthen stakeholder relationships – When I have stronger relationships with my stakeholders, it’s easier to get more work done. I always listen and understand to my clients need rather than what I think they want.

I mentor teammates and collaborators – Lead team, share knowledge with my team/co-department to achieve our objectives and to help the organization.

I broaden my skills by using new techniques –My experience will be broadening as I use more techniques and by attending different kind of seminars related in Technology to apply on the business.
