I am a motivated person, with various and solid experience in operations, team, quality management and training delivery background in international and multilingual Customer Support environment.
I am always giving 100% to everything I do, while keeping wide perspective and being Team, People and solution oriented with strong focus on delivering targeted results. I learn really fast and I’m a fan of Excel and data analysis, as well as improvements, that make work easier and more comfortable both to me and people around.

My competencies include, but are not limited to:
- full MS Office usage (especially Excel with VBA Basics), familiar with various CRM tools, and generally easy learning anything PC related.
- talent to work with people (interpersonal skills, calm character and solution oriented approach)
- talent to work with numbers (data analysis, processing data into useful information)
- wide picture approach (looking for holistic solutions rather than temporary ones)
- ability to adapt (if temporary solution will save our lives, lets use it! :))
- fluent English and Polish
