I am a 10 years fitness professional with a back ground in strength training. It's been around four years since I realising what they teach you on mainstream fitness courses just isn't good enough. Also the fitness industry is full of BS and people who want to make quick & easy money. Since then I have made it my goal to find out what works and what doesn't. So I've spent ALOT of my spare time researching, testing training & nutrition methods to get my self up to speed. I think I'm starting get somewhere and it is now it's time put it all together so I can use it on myself & my clients.
