MeShae' Prophet

I'm a Georgia Peach to the core.

Originally from Waynesboro, Georgia, I spent four very formative years in Statesboro, Georgia as a Public Relations major at THE Georgia Southern University. Having been an involved student leader at #theRealGSU, I was able to put much of my PR and marketing knowledge to work right on campus. In my time at GSU, my leadership positions gave me an opportunity to work with a number of departments - Admissions, Student Activities, Student Leadership and Civic Engagement, First Year Experience, University Athletics, Student Affairs and Greek Life.

Since then, I've done quite a bit, including some pretty cool things like:

• Facilitate international press conferences as a media relations and marketing intern for the former Atlanta Beat Women's Professional Soccer Team.
• Create marketing collateral and develop sponsorship strategies for NFL players as a visual communications specialist with LPS Consulting PRFirm, a boutique sport and entertainment public relations firm.
• Play "Temple Run" against a Super Bowl champ and create community initiatives with some of the NFL's greatest as aTeam NFL Social Media Intern.
• Work events at some of Atlanta's top sport facilities - the Georgia Dome, Turner Field and the Atlanta Falcons HQ. In addition, I've worked events on both the professional and collegiate levels of sport.

By day, I'm a member of the social media team for the world's largest package delivery company. There, I serve as a community manager and social marketer for some of the company's most profitable segments.
