Having worked in many different settings over the past 15 years from corporate, fine dining, mobile food vending, and breweries, Matt has a wide understanding of the food and beverage industry and what's entailed in getting a new concept off the ground.

Opening Oakland's newest craft brewery as COO with co-founder Aram Cretan, Federation Brewing will be a community minded hub of culture, passion, and creativity.

While working on the launch of his brewery, Matt still stays busy as a caterer, private chef, and consultant throughout the SF Bay Area. His food style can be described as "modern farmhouse-rustic" and he embraces techniques and flavors of the world to influence old purpose.
