Can an individual have it all? Perhaps not all the time, but I like to think that it is a resounding "yes" at intermittant periods througout life. Keeping your spirit, mind, body at a place of peace, happiness, thankfulness and balance is key... and for me, being in constant DRIVE (5th gear to be exact), is where I function best.
