Hello, My name is Micah Leval. I am a results driven, people-centric leader/manager/entrepreneur with over eight years of experience managing processes and teams. I live in the beautiful "City of Roses" (Portland, OR). I tend to live by the latin saying "Aut inveniam viam aut faciam" which means "I will either find or way or I will make one". I believe that leadership at its core must be lived out both in your professional life and your personal one. I am at my best when i'm developing and training individuals and groups. I Believe that a people-centric business is the best way to achieve great success because it motivates and inspires the very people that make its operations run efficiently.. I enjoy playing basketball, camping and hiking and tend to spend my free time as an extrovert with people who I enjoy being around. I love learning new things!
