Mica Syjuco is Women in Technology International's (WITI) Industry Network Director for Agile and DevOps, and the Global Head of DevOps and Agile Coaching at a multinational company. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and completed Wharton Executive Education's Leadership and Management Certificate Program.

Mica is based in Chicago, Illinois, USA and works with teams located across the globe – from North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America. She is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org as well.

Mica has been featured as presenter/speaker and panelist in a number of global engagements such as the international Women in Technology Summit held in Silicon Valley in the United States, Microsoft ALM in Asia, automation conferences in Europe, and Global TechSummit in Seattle, Washington.

Mica is in a band called "Utakan" wherein she plays synths and drum machines. Utakan is currently on hiatus. In the meantime, Mica is also the Band Manager of "Jack of None", whose debut album was released internationally in April 2016. The band's music is available on all major music streaming services. The band was nominated in three categories (winning one of the three) at the 15th Annual Independent Music Awards held in New York in November 2016. Jack of None won 2 awards (Best Music Producer and Best EP - Eclectic) and was nominated for an additional 6 awards at the 16th Annual Independent Music Awards held at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York in March of 2018.

As part of her stint with her band, she has performed in several events including those which featured artists and musicians from France, Germany, the United States, Singapore, Japan, and the Philippines.
