Danis Michaud

I'm a sciences and math teacher at “Le Centre d’Apprentissage du Haut Madawaska”, a primary school that has organised itself as a learning community that promotes the use of social networking tools. I've been part of the first crew of teachers in New-Brunswick, to experiment the 1:1 laptop project that started in 2004. I've been using blogs, wiki, Flickr, del.icio.us, and other social networking tools to support student learning and to promote the use of technology in my classroom. I've given many workshops on blogging, electronic portfolio and the use of laptop to colleagues across the province and the country.
