Michael also recently worked as a research fellow for Deakin University, where he participated in studies relating to the future of strata management and the regulation of building defects, specifically passive fire protection systems and cladding. Michael is the author of Deakin University’s, Building Defects Rectification Toolkit(2020).

Training strata managers is an important part of Michael’s work, and he is currently the Director of Executive Education at Strata Institute Australia Pty Ltd.
