Howdy, this is Michael Adigam.

Michael Adigam is a Civic Engagement Personnel with over three (3) years of experience in Civic Participation and Advocacy.

He is the Convener of All-In Initiative (AI), a network that mainstreams the inclusion of young people in key areas of education, good governance, civic participation and advocacy; through Education, Civic and Digital Engagement, Community Development, Youth Organizing and Storytelling for Social Change (SSC) as frameworks.

He is a member of the Nigeria Youth Futures Fund (NYFF) Imaginative Futures Working Group, a collaborative initiative implemented to strengthen young Nigerians for leadership and social change through outcome-driven policy making and inclusive resourcing for national development.

He has previously worked with the African Middle Eastern Leadership (AMEL) Institute; and African Voice (AV), an international youth centered organization.

He has hands-on experience on political leadership and activism, public participation and civic engagement policies.

He is committed to creating an enabling environment for youths to harness opportunities towards social development.

He has fellowships with The Nigerian Green Academy (NGA), C4SPAA and Youth In Motion (YIM) respectively.
