Hi, I’m Michael Almeida and I’m a pursuing body builder living in the Chicago area. I am a fan of food, sports, and animals. I’m also interested in fitness and lifting. I have been lifting for almost 2 years now and have been on a consistent bulk/cut diet for almost 1 year. When I’m older I have hopes to be able to be a nurse and compete on stage at the same time.
