Michael Armstrong

I have been a licensed Florida real estate broker since 2002. I owned my own real estate brokerage from 2004-2007 and sat as vice president in charge of the south Florida broker council serving 43 offices. I specialized in large apartment properties, tracts of land, real estate development, and placement of REIT money for several clients.

I also owned a mortgage firm in Florida from 2004-2009, and facilitated 63 other branches in 13 states for the master franchise corporation in 15 months.
I was owner of Real Money Management from 2006-2010, specialized in credit management and funding for various projects directly.

I am currently;
1. Consultant for a China based entity for importing, exporting, and manufacturing. Representing them in importing and exporting raw commodities worldwide, as well as manufacturing products to be exported and imported worldwide specializing in the solar industry, and building supplies.
2. Consultant to help prepare Brazil's; infrastructure, job force, energy, economy, and to help build the country up to be prepared for the next World Cup in 2014, and Olympics in 2016.
3. Consultant for an African entity for a build out of a small town. Scope of work is solar, roads, boring, and finance.
4. Consultant & Member of 3rd largest international real estate Relocation Corporation for the past 7 years.
5. Business Development Manager for the 86th top company for NAR (National Association of Realtors) out of 10's of 1k's of companies across the US.

My strengths are primarily in crunching numbers, problem solving, and communication skills. All avenues of real estate, solar, international import / export / shipping, and finance are my strong suits. I am very good at reaching out to my worldwide network and creating business relationships of every kind.
