I am currently the Global Technology Change & Configuration Manager at Royal Bank Of Scotland's Global Banking & Markets based in the City. I have responsibility for the IT Change & Configuration. Main responsibilities are in the Change and Configuration Process Governance, the Management Reporting and cross Line of Business Change operations. I was the EMEA Change Manager at JP Morgan Chase and I have been a Manager and process owner for Change and Release Management within PinkRoccade UK, a Senior ITIL Service Management Consultant, I am an IT Service Management professional with over 12 years experience in IT Operations and IT Service Management.
