With over 26 years of experience in learning, development, coaching, and management, I have acquired valuable tools which have allowed me to groom employees for greater opportunities, add value to successful companies, and sharpen my talents by embracing change. Since then, I have learned it is not about having all of the answers but where to find them. My experience has allowed me to increase customer base by 20 new accounts per month, increase revenue of an average of $600,000 per month, increased employee retention by 25%, and build teams that exceed goals.

As the son of a family business owner, I went from stocking shelves with merchandise to operating a cash register. I witnessed my father's techniques when dealing with people and the result was the development of my genuine concern for people.

I am a student at Houston Community College which will lead me to The University of Houston in 2012. My goal is to obtain a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology. Outside of the clsassroom setting, I continue to find ways to gain knowledge. I am currently reading “Delivering Happiness” by Tony Hsieh (CEO of Zappos.com, Inc.) who discusses his business growth.

From Trainer to Independent Consultant, I have made a career out of helping people. By doing so, happy employees, successful businesses, and a better "me" have been natural outcomes.
