Michael Hall is a professional student, personal trainer, and sales associate currently living in Richmond, VA. He's been a dedicated employee and excelled in sales winning top sales award six times. He became a personal trainer and this is where his passion for fitness began. He continued that passion by returning to school to earn a degree in Exercise Science from VCU. His interests range from self improvement, cycling, and hands on DIY projects.

While dealing with a severe sleep condition that he overcame and became a personal trainer, earned a degree at VCU and will graduate with honors, and lost over 100 lbs. It's with his motivation he's pushed through hardships that has made him who he is today.
