Prior to being unleashed in 2016, Michael was the CEO and CIO / Director of Database Strategies at CSG Direct, Inc. He has been in the direct marketing industry since 1987. Michael specializes in database marketing for Gaming, Tourism and Banking industries. Michael has managed the installation, training and maintenance of over 1500 public, private, state and federal mail processing facilities.

Michael Hemphill built the first system for tracking Direct Mail Jobs over the internet and is famous for creating Americas 1st USPS Confirm tracking systems for smartphones using your customers ID# to follow a mail-piece as it travels the country.
