Michael Walker

I recently graduated with a Masters degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and am seeking new employment opportunities. I have been working in Commercial Real Estate and managing income properties for the last few years. I have worked as a site acquisition and zoning consultant on projects for AT&T Mobility and Clearwire. I would love to put my skills of site acquisition to use for a restaurant or retail company that is expanding on a national front, i.e. Chipotle or Qdoba. Additionally, I have experience in sales and marketing and successfully launched the Colorado market for Infinity Marketing of America, as an exclusive wholesaler for AT&T; Wireless. My experience with retail sales, coupled with my knowledge of real estate would enable me to understand all aspects of a growing retail operation. I am uniquely aware of the day to day challenges of a business and what it takes to make it in a highly competitive environment.
