I focus my practice on developing up-and-coming comic book artists, game developers, musicians and start-up businesses. I act as "general counsel" for these companies and formulate a business model including corporate organization. I draft necessary contracts and documents, and advise on brand protection.

A major focus of my practice is on intellectual property including registering, licensing, protecting, and enforcing the rights of trademark and copyright owners. I have vast experience in litigation and have represented some of the most prestigious luxury, technology, entertainment, and software companies in the world. I work with many of these companies to design and implement rights enforcement programs both on the Internet and in fixed locations. I have coordinated and participated in the execution of a large number of civil seizures of counterfeit and pirated materials and have shut down thousands of online listings and websites selling illegal merchandise.
