, Michael Mead has been a leader in multiple organizations starting at Bravo Health where he helped lead the implementation of QNXT to replace their legacy management system. After the implementation he led several capitation projects including radiology and behavioral health marshalling resources from IT, Operations and Provider Contracting. Michael continued onto XL Health leading the implementation of FACETS and bringing the outsourced claims processing in-house. Michael led the IT Configuration and Credentialing at Advantica where he also led the implementation of end-user portals for Providers, Members and Brokers. After the sale of Advantica, Michael joined Capgemini as a leader in its Health Insurance Consulting practice where he led multiple engagements with the top Insurance Companies in the country: Humana, HCSC, Delta Dental of California, Cigna, and Blue Cross of Minnesota. He also consulted with TriZetto, TMG and PEGA Systems on their product development.
