For more than two decades, I have helped hospitality and technology businesses unlock commercial growth, build high-performing teams, and navigate moments of transformation.

My perspective has been shaped by three worlds that rarely intersect. Luxury hospitality with Mandarin Oriental taught me that every detail shapes a guest’s perception of value. Building the Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous deepened my understanding of ultra-luxury branding, experiential marketing, and the expectations of ultra high net worth clients. At Expedia, I learned how to combine commercial strategy, data, technology, and leadership at scale, partnering with some of the region’s largest travel businesses and influencing billions of dollars in hospitality revenue.

Today, I advise founders, owners, investors, and leadership teams on commercial strategy, growth, market positioning, and organisational performance. My role is to bring clarity to complex decisions, challenge conventional thinking, and help ambitious businesses achieve sustainable growth.

Born in Lebanon and raised in Thailand, Michael brings a multicultural perspective shaped by more than two decades living and working across Asia and the Middle East.

He holds a BA in Political Science and Diplomacy from the American University of Beirut and an MBA in Luxury Brand Management from Glion University, Switzerland. He is currently completing Cornell University’s executive program in Real Estate Investments and Asset Management.
