Michael served as the Administrator for All Metro Health Care, a Licensed Home Care Service Agency specializes in services through the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver and the Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver. Michael had previously served as Administrator where he was instrumental in increasing revenue and census by over 30%.

For close to 5 years, Michael led Eldersource, a care management & aging service referral programs in Monroe County. He formerly served as the Associate Director of Programs at Independent Living, Inc. (a consumer directed, cross-disability organization)- one of the larger disability advocacy organizations in NYS. Other professional affiliations have included Rochester Rehabilitation, The Cornwall Hospital Foundation, Executive Director of a JDF chapter & the Director of Admission and Human Services for a 520-bed county run SNF.

Michael earned a Master's of Science in Health Services Management and Policy from The New School, NY, NY and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from SUNY Oswego.
