Hi, I’m Mike.

I’m the General Manager at Zippi and I'm currently working on an internal auditing and business analysis process for a group of companies in the Property Management Industry in Auckland.

I strive to build a culture of excellence and psychological safety by helping people to identify and build skills based on their strengths and career goals. Because there is more to life than just work, I've implemented tools and systems so work can be done at a high-efficiency level. Helping people to accomplish more within the workweek elevates morale and help them push their own concept of productivity to a new level.

From general activities around business development, relationship and project management to financial reporting, uplifting business and people capabilities are the core of my current role.

I'm relocating to Melbourne in August 2019 and currently looking for new opportunities in the property and renewable/green energy and law industries.
