I'm an IT guy with extensive knowledge of Microsoft technology, especially Unified Communications and Lync/Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.

During the last couple of year I was working for multiple companies and customers just with the focus on Unified Communications. Sometime with a plannig and sometimes with a implementing focus.
Since 2016 I'm the CEO of my own company, in2success GmbH, which I've co-founded with a friend and colleague of mine. I'm still doing what I love: helping customers to bring the communication to the next level.

Since 2015 I'm also working on the Skype for Business / Microsoft Teams User Group as Speaker and Organizer.

To create a better work-life-balance, I've started with some "after work runs". Within the last years I've got a need to do more and in 2013 I finished my first triathlon and my first half marathon.
The challenge for the next years is to extend the race distance and go further year per year.

Another way to get my work and life in balance is traveling. Together with friends or with my wife is not so important as to discover the world on my/our own. Sweden, Vietnam, Laos, Combodia, Thailand, Austria, France, ... every country has it's own beauty and every country should be visited in your lifetime. Thats my goal and maybe some day I will start to combine these passions and will run on the half marathon in Angkor (Cambodia).
