The reason why I stopped working as an employee? Not out of entrepreneurship, but to make sure I can control my own learning curve, by planning enough time to learn new things, experiment and the freedom to tinker with new technologies.

Although most tech-employees say they provide the necessary environment for such endeavours, I haven't found one that was able to feed my needs.
