Prior to Walgreens, Michael worked with many leading marketers either directly (ie: Microsoft, Qualcomm, The Hartford, Walgreens) or on a consulting basis (eg: Pepsi, Nabisco, Pfizer, Tropicana, Nortel, Symantec) to provide insights into effectiveness of marketing and customer experience programs.
