I am an avid day and weekend hiker and casual cyclist with aspirations of someday thru-hiking the AT. Life started in New Jersey and with the exception of eleven years in the defense of our country during the Cold War I have lived in New Jersey. I love traveling the continental USA and my prep for any trip involves looking at the local pro and college hockey schedules as well as interesting local hiking. Professionally, I have run the gamut from a sailor, salesperson, Hospital Administrator, Application Developer, Technical Writer, Project Manager, Consultant and Business Continuity Specialist. A family that gives me a reason to put feet on the floor each morning and a chocolate lab named Zoey - don't know if life could get any better than that.
