Michael Brooks

Michael spent the much of his career in either the medical or law enforcement arenas. He is uniquely well-suited to lead LEO Health Services, as the primary objective of the company is to bring these two communities together to save lives and protect careers. His expertise in establishing mutually beneficial relationships that lead to consistent business and patient outcomes have made him a leader in the cutting-edge field of healthcare navigation.

Michael earned his degree in business management at SUNY Plattsburgh, earning the Excellence in Management Award. Prior to that he served in the United States Air Force during Desert Shield and was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal for Meritorious Service. Michael developed Drive Sober campaigns and DWI enforcement initiatives while collaborating with numerous police agencies in the STOP DWI program. Those campaigns led to a decrease in DWI related crashes and fatalities in New York State.

As Executive Representative with Eli Lilly & Company, Michael worked with physicians to address central nervous system diseases. Most recently, he built relationships with Major Healthcare Institutions and Physicians in New York State to establish a statewide healthcare navigation service for members of the NYS Troopers, assisting thousands of lives over 9 years. The success of that program, combined with expansion initiatives and expertise of the other Founders, laid the groundwork for LEO Health Services and established a committed, caring executive team.
