Power of Positive Thinking: Developing positive thinking is the most powerful life strategy there is. Positive thinking can transform your life, renew your health, awaken your inner spirit, and bring you more happiness.

People are generally happy; money doesn't necessarily mean happiness; but having charity make a person happier by spending money on other people. People who volunteer or care for others on a consistent basis are happier and less depressed. Developing positive social relationships will brings hope and strength. Work is important for happiness, especially when people are doing work that is purposeful and meanful to them. While happiness is influenced by genetics people can learn to be happier by developing optimism, gratitude and altruism. Positive thinking harnesses the power of happiness, personal strength and mindfulness.

If you want a happier life then you have to start focusing on what makes you happy inside not what make you happy on the outside. Love who you are. Embrace what you are becoming and look back without regrets.

You can have everything in life you want, if you just help other people get what they want. Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live.

When dealing with a challenge become resilient

If you keep running into the same brick wall because you keep doing the same thing, become resilient try something different. Go around the the brick wall.

Develop new habits that support positive thinking. Learn something new, do some thing different.
