I am passionate about education and am working towards finding solutions to the problems facing students in urban environments. My field of study is mathematics because "[it] is the great equalizer" and I strive to show people that, although math gets a bad rap, he's actually a very friendly way of thought. I am strong-willed, comical, fun to be around, and work-oriented. I am in numerous groups to learn more about education and hope one day to be a secondary math teacher and then move on to other fields in education, such as administration or policy.
