My name is Michael McCarey and I'm a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. I'm seeking a full time positionin NYC starting inearly January of 2016and currently live in Brooklyn, NY.

For the past seven months I've been working as a pastry chef for Odd Fellows Ice Cream in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. My goal is to shift gears away from production centered work to utilize more of my strengths: business management, marketing, PR, and communications. I'm known for my unrivaled work ethic, integrity, insatiable curiosity, optimistic warmth, and my ability to empathize with fellow employees and customers.
