Michael Mortorano is a well known by his peers as a philanthropist and humanitarian. While successful in many business ventures along his career path, his passion for his various charitable and non-profitable organizations is near and dear to his heart. He was acknowledged to be the prominent contributor for the year 2011 and also declared as Father of the Decade. He is the record holder for the biggest percent of votes since 1976. Michael Mortorano has helped numerous homeless and hungry people by providing foods, homes, jobs and many more so that they can be able to stand on their feet again to lead a meaningful lifestyle.
Besides being an admirable President of Mortorano Enterprises & KMA (Kessler & Mortorano Associates, Ltd) in New Jersey, he is also a proud member of the New Jersey Honor Legion, International Warehouse Logistics Association, Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and Warehousing Education and Research Council.
Michael Mortorano is highly proactive and among the notable personalities in various charitable campaigns like Feed the People in the World, Hunger Charity and many alike.
Showing generosity & kindness towards the young children and students, he is also attached with “Children Our First” which is a non profit organization, helping several students to get quality education. He has also contributed his valuable time and helped raising funds for St. Joseph's School to help the Blind in New Jersey. This past fall, 2012, he participated in the Race for Hope which raises funds for Hope Ministries and Food Bank of New Jersey. In addition, Michael’s hard work provided free transportation of over 35 trucks loaded with food for several poor and homeless people.
