Value Proposition

I have learned many valuable things already at WMU. I am learning what it takes to succeed and will be able to help a company succeed. I set high goals for myself and have the work ethic to continue to put forth my full effort until they are completed. Once they are, I establish new, higher goals so that I am constantly improving.

Statement of External Environment

The world of accounting faces opportunities and threats. After graduation, a big opportunity that I want to pursue is to become a CPA. There is a lot of extra course work and an exam to become a CPA, but the opportunities that it opens up are too much to pass up. A threat that is posed to accounting is globalization. Because of globalization, the world is getting "smaller". This means it is much easier to share information with other countries. This in effect leads to not a s many people needed for jobs, so low-skilled accountants will have a harder time finding a job than ever before.

Statement of Internal Environment

• Received an A in every accounting class
• Understand and know how to apply accounting concepts to the real world

As a potential employee, I can offer core, actual, and augmented products for your company. The actual product your company would receive is me, a hard working employee with great accounting skills that will get the job done. The core product of hiring me would be all of the services I will perform for the company that need to get done. And the augmented product (extra services that provide value) I can offer your company is to have a person with a good attitude and a smile on his face to help out the work atmosphere.
