Michaela Kathleen

My name is Michaela Kathleen and I am 20 years old from a small Canadian town. There isn't much to do in a small town so that is way I started up my blog michaelakathleen as an outlet to not only post my thoughts and feelings but also as an escape. Through out my life I have suffered with mental health issues myself and have grown up around others who have dealt with mental health issues as well. Having a place I can just write and not care what people think is both freeing and therapeutic for me. I hope to say I inspired someone someday but for now I'm fine with being my own inspiration.
