She is also the founder and CEO of brain in spa, the first platform for innovative performance and health in the digital industry, helping millennial talents, startups and visionary organizations to gain more clarity, productivity, energy and enjoy true success.
As an inspiring young woman with 10+ years’ experience in management positions responsible for strategy, digital value creation and innovation, she already received the Leadership Award for visionary leadership at the age of 28! Michaela is a member of the elite Forbes Coaches Council, an in-demand leadership and millennial trainer, keynote speaker, performance coach, consultant and author. She serves her clients as a neutral, yet professional and experienced companion with guidance, proven tools, and hands-on approaches.
Additionally, she works as a lecturing professor for bachelor and masters courses at an Austrian University since the age of 29 and is a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology. Michaela is one of those authentic women who found the golden path between high professional ambitions, a personal focus on her health and the beauty of a private life being a Mum.
Michaela holds an international business Master’s degree from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria and a Master’s degree in Coaching Psychology from the University of East London.
