Michaelann Byerly began in real estate in in Reading, Pennsylvania. She grew her personal real estate business from 87 sales a year to over 200 sales a year in three short years, while working less than 200 days a year with a team of four. Her Buyer Specialist was her husband Michael. Michaelann closed over 960 homes in a 5 year period with the help of a coach, before deciding to move to Florida. She set up her profitable and duplicatable business to be “sold” in 2004. At the suggestion of Tony DiCello, her Keller Williams sponsor, she took on the role of Team Leader in Tampa, Florida. Michaelann was recognized as one of the top 25 Team Leaders within Keller Williams Realty International her first year in this role. In year two, she was recognized in the top 20 Team Leaders within Keller Williams International. Michaelann grew the NW Tampa market center from 47 agents to 295 agents in 2 1/2 years, making it the most profitable and productive market center in the South Florida region. She then went on to launch another successful market center with 95 agents, profitable and profit sharing in their first transmittal. In 2008, Michaelann decided to take advantage of the market of the moment and went back to listing & selling, once again teaming with her husband. She is quoted in Gary Keller’s best-seller “Shift”; and can be seen and heard on KW’s Agent Mountain. In addition to being a top performing Real estate agent, Michaelann coaches mega agents for MAPS Coaching; and has since 2006.
